These Terms govern your access to and use of our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following conditions.

1. Scope of Service

  • We offer diagnostic, repair, installation, upgrade, and consultation services as outlined at the time of booking.
  • Any modifications to the original service agreement must be mutually confirmed by both parties.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the device is accessible and powered during the scheduled service time.
  • Back up all important data prior to service initiation, as we are not responsible for data loss.
  • Provide accurate information to facilitate effective diagnosis and service delivery.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment is required upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
  • We accept digital payments, credit/debit cards, and cash. All transactions are final unless covered by our refund policy.

4. Warranty & Limitations

  • Our services come with a limited warranty (typically valid for 7–30 days depending on the service type).
  • The warranty applies only to the specific work completed and does not cover new or unrelated issues.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, software conflicts, or damages caused by factors outside our control.

5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.
